Ordering

How long does it take to ship my order?

Our normal processing time is 2-5 business days to ship your order. Business days are Monday - Friday, 9a-5p EST, excluding holidays. When we offer large sales or during holiday capsule launches, processing time may be delayed. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to carefully fulfill all of your orders!

I accidentally ordered something twice, what do I do?

We have all done it! Send our customer service team an email (support@heatheredboho.com) with your order numbers and we will take care of it for you.

Can I cancel an order?

While we don't love canceling orders, we understand that life happens or you have watched a fit video and the item isn't going to work for you as you'd hoped. Send our customer service team an email (support@heatheredboho.com) with your order numbers and we will take care of it for you. Please note that when cancelling an order that has been placed, the default process is to issue store credit due to the high processing fees of credit card companies. If you would like your original form of payment refunded, there is a 10% processing fee and you must request this at the time you request the cancellation. This is our way to ensure you understand and acknowledge the refund policy.

Where is my order?

You can find details on your orders under the account icon, then order history link. Once your item has been fulfilled, you will receive an automated email with shipping details and tracking information. Please be sure that you check spam/promotional folders if you do not see our communication and mark our automated email as "not spam" so that our messages will arrive in your inbox.

Why did my tracking disappear?

If your tracking information has disappeared from your order history, it may mean that we had to process the shipment differently. Send our customer service team an email (support@heatheredboho.com) with your order numbers and we will take care of it for you.

What does local pickup mean?

Heathered Boho is an online boutique, but if you live local to Palmetto, FL or are visiting the area, you may stop in and pick up your order if you selected local pickup at checkout, and your order status shows fulfilled. Our pickup days are Tuesday and Thursday from 1p-3p.

What does final sale mean?

Final sale means an item is not eligible for return or exchange once the order is in process (you can find order status on the account icon/order history). Items that are final sale include, but are not limited to: sale items greater than 20% off, any mystery items, swimwear, skincare/beauty products, and Items bought with a coupon above 20% Off.

What are mystery items and why are they final sale?

Our mystery items are just that! We like surprises and our customers do too! We deeply discount mystery items and as such, they are final sale.

How do I know what my size is?

Our team is amazing at fit suggestions for all body types. We strive hard to ensure that you love every item you purchase with us. As you get to know the brands we offer, you will feel more confident in trusting the sizing suggestions as many styles within the same brand can vary. We strongly encourage you to read the item descriptions and watch the live sale fit videos whenever possible before purchasing an item if you are unsure. Fabric content and sizing information is typically found in the item description. If you are having trouble finding information on a product please email us at support@heatheredboho.com.

How do I shop at the boutique?

Our boutique is mainy online via our Facebook business page - Heathered Boho Boutique, our website - www.heatheredboho.com or our FREE app - Heathered Boho. When you set up an account to shop with us, you can use any of those options to purchase. The best shopping experience is with our app. It is user friendly and easy to purchase items before they sell out!

Do you have an app?

We do! You can download our free app HEATHERED BOHO for both iOs and android devices at your respective app store.

What does preauthorization mean?

Pre-authorizing an item is to ensure you're first in line if an item either falls out of someone's cart or upon restock from a vendor. You will need to have a default payment card on file and once the item is available, you will be charged. Coupon codes cannot be used on pre authorized items. Please note that the system will default to the last card you used to purchase as you will have clicked "make default" when entering that card information. We use the preauthorizations to help determine interest in products for restocking as well. You are able to cancel pre authorized items if your interest has changed, or you have not received restock notifications from us on an item within 3 months time. Note you will not pay a shipping fee on items that you have purchased that were pre-authorized.

What does waitlist mean?

Waitlist means that you are willing to wait for the item to be restocked if possible from the vendor. It does not guarantee availability or restocking. When an item becomes available, after those who have pre-authorized it have received theirs, you will be notified via email if one is available and placed in your cart. These items expire after a short time in your cart, so if you REALLY don't want to miss an item, the suggestion is to pre-authorize it vs. waitlist.

Takeovers/Pre-orders/Market

What is a takeover?

A takeover is when a vendor lets us show things to you that we haven't ordered yet. These can either be when we are at the national sales markets or when a vendor will bring sample items to our warehouse. We typically show these items live so it's important to understand that anything that says TAKEOVER in the title is a special item. Takeovers are done with the intent to order the amount from the vendor that has been purchased by our customers when the takeover occurs. We then place the order with the vendor for those items within 48 hours. The vendor processes our order and ships to the warehouse where we then process your individual order and ship it to you. This process usually takes approximately 3-4 weeks for us to receive the items and start processing your order. Please note that we do not have control over shipping delays from the vendor so this timeframe is an approximation based on our experience.

At this time, we do not offer an expedited shipping option

How much is shipping?

Our shipping is a flat rate fee of $8.99. If you place a singular order of $80 or more, shipping is free! We only charge shipping once every 12 hours as we do our best to combine orders for efficiency.

My package hasn't been scanned by USPS in days - is my package lost?

The US Postal Service asks us to allow up to 72 hours for items to be scanned by their system. If your item has not been received and 14 days have passed since we mailed it, your package could be stuck somewhere. Send our customer service team an email (support@heatheredboho.com) with your order numbers and we will assist you.

Why do some packages come from the US Postal Service and some via UPS Ground?

We use UPS Ground when combined orders are heavier than 4lbs so that we can keep the shipping fee you are charged as low as possible. If you do not see a tracking link on your fulfilled order, you may contact our customer service team (support@heatheredboho.com) with your order number and we can provide it to you

Returns/Store Credit/Giveaways

Where is my store credit?

You will be able to see the amount of store credit that is available to be applied to your order in the checkout screen. Before you pay, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you will see an option to apply credit. Once you have selected this option, please note the system defaults to using store credit first for any future order. You may adjust this in the same place in the checkout screen.

I won a giveaway item from a live sale - what is the process?

Congratulations! We love to bless our customers with giveaway items! Most often the giveaway items require a little action on your part. Please claim your giveaway item by sending our customer service team an email (support@heatheredboho.com) with whatever information may be requested (sizes, etc.). Our giveaway items are processed separately from your other orders and are shipped out every few weeks.

How do I return something?

You may return any eligible item not purchased on sale (greater than 20% off) or mystery back to us for store credit within 14 days of it being delivered to the shipping address. We kindly ask that you inform us of your intent and list the items being returned in an email to our customer service team (support@heatheredboho.com)

Items to include in your return/exchange:

Please include the packing slip which can be found inside the package. If you do not have the packing slip, you MUST include a note inside the package with your name, order number, instructions, and email address.

 

To request an exchange, please include a note with the size requested and we will check the availability of the item when we process the return. Please note if we are able to make the exchange you request, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $8.99 for us to mail the item to you.

 

Our refund policy is to issue store credit due to the high processing fees of credit card companies. If you would like your original form of payment refunded, there is a 10% processing fee and you must request this in writing. The note must be included in the package with the return, and state you are aware of the processing fee to refund the original form of payment. This is our way to ensure you understand and acknowledge the fee will be removed from the refund amount issued.

Free Shipping Club (BP)

What is "BP"?

BP stands for Bickley's Pickley's and is our free shipping club.

How do I join the free shipping club?

Each month, on the 30th (the 28th in February), we host a live sale where you can purchase a "BP Item" and you will receive free shipping for the upcoming month. All details on how to join are posted during the live sale so we encourage you to watch if you are interested in joining. The spots are limited and sell out quickly so you may want to make a note on your calendar so you don't forget. The process is three steps - purchase a singular BP item monthly from the live sale, forward your Heathered Boho order confirmation of your BP item purchase to our customer service support team (support@heatheredboho.com) , and wait to receive the specials and our confirmation that your free shipping has been enabled. Be sure to have your notifications enabled so you are alerted when we go live!

I purchased a BP item, why am I being charged shipping?

This can happen for two reasons. One, you did not forward your order confirmation to our customer service team so we were not able to turn on your free shipping, or you may have had free shipping for one month but not the next. When we launch the live sale for BP items, we have to turn off free shipping for everyone. If this is the case for you, please send an email to our customer service team (support@heatheredboho.com) and we will address it.

Customer Account Details/Referrals

How do I change my personal details (email, address, etc.)?

On the app or our website, click on the account icon (person) and you will see where to change your email address. If you need to change your shipping address, you do so in the checkout screen. There is a spot in the upper left corner of the window where you may edit the shipping address.

What is a referral code?

Each registered customer is assigned a referral code. This helps us spread the word of our boutique and benefits both you and your guest! When you provide your referral code to someone, they will receive 15% off their first order with us (they must enter the code at checkout), and you receive store credit in the amount of that same 15% of their order! It's a win-win!

Where do I find my referral code?

You will go to your account page and click on "Refer and Earn Credit". You can either copy the link to share with others or simply write down your unique seven letter code.

Live Sales

What does pineapple mean on live sales?

Pineapple is our share word for those who have gone to our Facebook business page - Heathered Boho Boutique - and have shared the live sale publicly to be entered in our giveaway to win whatever the share prize is for that particular sale.

Why are people claiming things before an item is scanned in?

If you notice that people are claiming items before you see them scanned in on your side - you have a lag on your streaming. We recommend closing out the app completely and joining us again (we call this "hard swipe" and you'll hear it a lot!) You can also try refreshing the app by getting out of the live sale and then clicking back in, but sometimes the hard swipe is necessary. This often happens when you are on a device and click into another app (messages, email, etc.).

How will I know if there is a live sale happening?
  • Our weekday schedule is fairly constant with live sales in the morning, afternoon, and evening. This information can typically be found on our Facebook business page Heathered Boho Boutique.

  • We send push notifications through Facebook and our app, so please be sure those are enabled so you don't miss out! We also send text alerts when live sales happen prior to 10pm EST. (On occasion we will do a late night live sale to spend time with our west coast customers and night owls.) You can sign up for text alerts by texting HEATHEREDBOHO to 41372.

How do I use the favorites tab?

AnswerThe favorites tab is our favorite!!! This tab is ab app only feature. We love this feature! You can click on any item and tap the star or the spot where it says "add to favorites" on the bottom of the screen. Then, go ahead and click on the favorites tab and all your wishlist items or must have "save for later" reminders are in one spot! You can edit this from the tab or add items to your cart when you are ready to purchase them. It's a fabulous way to keep tabs on things you want to think about purchasing at a later time (whether that be 15 minutes from now or two weeks!)

Is there a code for the sale tab?

You will notice the sale tab on our app and website. If a sale is currently going on - there will be an item description with the appropriate sale code to be used. Sometimes we will offer sales for specific tabs (accessories, home goods, etc.) and that will all be clearly marked for you.

Are there new customer specials?

If you're new - WELCOME to Heathered Boho! We are so glad you found us! If you are new to us and have been referred - please do use the referral code provided by your referrer - or ask them for one if they did not provide it - to save 15% on your first order.
