- Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Returns are eligible for store credit . If that does not work for you we can issue a refund back to your payment method with a 10% processing fee which will be deducted to your refund.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, swimwear and sale/clearance items (any item discounted 25% or more from full retail price)
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Not good quality. I ordered a large and it has stretched to a extra large..not sure how to wash, no lable..very disappointing
Amazing! So soft! Like a blanket!
I wanted to make to write a totally positive review on this lovely pink reversible soft cardigan. Fit was fine. But upon close inspection, there was a large whole and run in the knot on the left elbow area. Sweater cannot be returned, so sewed it the best I could. I would think for the money I paid the quality would be better.
This cardigan is soo comfy cozy I could live in it. It’s a little oversized but it’s great to layer for us up north folks where it gets really cold.
