Beautiful but sizing a little off

This hoodie is gorgeous! The sequins are nice, it’s comfy inside and seems well made. I ordered the 2x Which is my true size and the bottom band was snug, but the arms were really big. My arms are a little short but the whole sleeve seemed oversized. I love the red so I’m keeping it and making it work, But I feel the sizing is off.
