Look your best in this detailed dress! This swim dress is a one piece dress with a halter top and skort style bottom. The top of the dress has a halter top design in solid black with a ruffle trim around the v cut neckline. The bottom of the dress has 3 tiers of different patterns including a layer of zebra print, polka a dot, and floral. Underneath is attached black shorts with pockets on both sides.

Sizing Reference: S 2-6 M 8-10 L 12-14 XL 14-16 2X 18-20
Heather is normally a size Large (12/13) and prefers to wear the large in this item.
