This tie front ruffle dress gives a great figure and available in three color options black, beige, and sky blue. The bust has a tie front with a smocked mid section for a chinched waist effect. With a mid- length bottom the dress has some layered ruffling. The straps have a slide allowing the length to be adjusted. Pair with heels or wedges to dress up.

Heather is normally a size Large (12/13) and prefers to wear the large in this item.

- Returns are eligible for store credit . If that does not work for you we can issue a refund back to your payment method with a 10% processing fee which will be deducted to your refund.
